Tim Thompson is a graduate of The University of North Dakota with a BBA in Business Administration and Management. He worked at Menards in various management positions through out the Midwest. Tim was previously in the Lumber Industry for over twenty years working locally at Stock Building Supply and Probuild in Sales and Customer Service. Tim has a wide variety of experience in Sales and Management in different types of businesses. Tim has been in the Racine community since 1997 and For the past ten years he has been involved in local Semi-Pro Football and various volunteer events in the community. Jasmine Reed is a Racine native and graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a Master’s in Business Administration. She has served Racine County in several capacities ranging from Education and Training/Development to grant based initiatives focused on strengthening youth and families and their connections to resources and opportunities within the community and its surrounding areas. Jasmine has a wide variety of work experience, from Sales to Social Services, Marketing, Human Resources, and Non Profit Management. She is excited about continuing to serve her community as a Business Consultant for the Racine County Workforce Development Center’s Business Services team. John Siegert manages the CareerConnect initiative for the Racine County Workforce Development Center.  As a member of the Business Services team, John links employers with students seeking career-related learning experiences. This program helps to meet Challenge 1 of the Higher Expectations Strategy for workforce development.

John is a graduate of William Horlick High School, the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BA-Psychology), the University of Texas at Austin (MA-Speech Communication), and Leadership Racine.   He brings more than a decade’s worth of private sector marketing experience, as well as a record of community engagement, currently serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Racine County.
