W3 - Wisconsin Workers Win

Wisconsin Workers Win - W3 is a voluntary training program for unemployment insurance claimants who are in the first twenty weeks of collecting unemployment compensation.

W3 Participant Application

In order to participate in the project you must meet all program eligibility requirements and complete all steps in the application process:

  1. You must watch this Informational Session video.
  2. Print and complete this Certificate of Attendance after watching the Informational Session video - print your name and the date clearly;
  3. Complete this Eligibility Verification form and then email or fax it according to the instructions in the application packet;
  4. Review this KeyTrain & National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) information and
  5. Complete the W3 Application packet which can be viewed and/or printed online.  An Application packet may also be picked at the following locations:

Kenosha County Job Center:

  • 8600 Sheridan Road, Kenosha

Racine County Workforce Development Centers:

  • 1717 Taylor Avenue, Racine, or
  • 496 McCanna Parkway, Room 119, Burlington (Gateway Technical College, main building)

Walworth County Job Center:

  • 1000 E. Centralia Street, Elkhorn
